Find the breaker labeled for the lighting controller (usually labeled at install). If it tripped, reset. Wait 30 seconds. Try the app.
If it trips again immediately, stop — likely a short. Call us.
2. Check the schedule
Open the app. Look at the schedule for today. If you accidentally toggled 'off' or set the start time to a future date, you'll find it here. Most common cause.
3. Reboot the controller
Flip the lighting breaker off. Wait 30 seconds. Flip back on. Wait another 30 seconds for the controller to reconnect to Wi-Fi. Try the app.
