False alarm: scene preset
Some warm-white presets are intentionally yellower (2200K vs 2700K). Switch to 'cool white' to confirm — if it goes bright white, you were just on a warm scene.
Real cause 1: brightness slider
The app has a master brightness slider. If it got bumped down to 30%, lights look dim. Slide back to 100%.
Real cause 2: voltage drop
On long runs, the far end can look dim. Toggle 'voltage compensation' on in app settings. If still dim, schedule a free service call — we may need to add a power injection point.
