Reset it. If everything comes back on, you're done.
Lights on but app won't connect
Wi-Fi radio in the controller may have taken a hit. Try a controller reboot. If still no connection, we replace the controller under warranty (5-year LED warranty covers controller too).
Lights partially on, partially off
A section of LEDs likely failed. Affected segment replaced under warranty. We've replaced two segments in three years for surge damage — covered both times.
