Annual basic rinse

Garden hose on a gentle setting, point up at the track from the ground. 30 seconds per side of the house. Knocks loose dust and any cobwebs.

Don't pressure-wash — IP67 handles it but the seal isn't designed for direct high-pressure jets.

Tree sap

Mix dish soap and warm water. Soft cloth on a paint-roller pole. Light wipe along the track. Rinse with hose.

Never use solvents (acetone, alcohol, paint thinner). They'll cloud the LED lenses permanently.

Heavy dust after a Valley dust storm

Same hose rinse, twice. If LEDs look hazy after, that's silica buildup on the lens — soft cloth wipe with the soapy-water mix removes it.
