What works

Soft pink (#ff8fa3) with warm-white interspersed every 8 LEDs. Slow pulse — 8-second cycle. Reads as romantic without being heavy-handed.

Schedule February 12-15, 6pm-11pm.

Solid bright red across the whole roofline. Reads as Christmas more than Valentine's.

Animated heart shapes. The pixel pitch isn't fine enough to render shapes — they look pixelated and cheap.
