February-May: best window
Crews have capacity. Weather is mild. Off-season pricing kicks in (sometimes 10-15% off Standard). System is fully tested before fall holiday rush.
June-August: still good
Hot but workable — crews start early morning. Capacity is fine. No off-season discount but no rush surcharge either.
September-October: getting tight
The booking rush starts mid-September. By October 1 we're usually 3-4 weeks out. Standard pricing applies.
November-December: too late
Most years our Christmas calendar closes by November 1. If you're calling Thanksgiving week looking for permanent lights by Christmas, the answer is honestly 'book for January-February and we'll throw in custom Christmas patterns at no charge.'
