August: full Christmas calendar usually still open. September: 60% booked by month-end. October 1-15: 90% booked. October 15+: waitlist or 'we'll do it permanent in January and bridge with seasonal' offers.
Permanent installs we can sometimes still squeeze in late October. Seasonal hangs cap out earlier because the crew window is tighter.
How to actually lock a slot
Quote in August or earlier. Deposit confirms the install date. We'll schedule install for whatever week works for you, even if it's later — we hold the calendar slot, not just the price.
