Track routing
Track goes under the eave, panels go on top of the roof. Different planes, no physical conflict.
Wiring
Lighting controller draws from the house panel like any other circuit. Solar feed-in doesn't affect it. Net-metering customers: lights run during sundown hours, when solar production is low — basically free electricity if you produce excess earlier in the day.
Battery backup
If you have whole-home backup (Tesla Powerwall, etc.), the lighting circuit is on it like everything else. Lights stay on through grid outages assuming battery isn't depleted.
