Linear-feet pricing on the margin (5-10% on bigger jobs). Add-on services (zones, smart-home integration). Bundled multi-property deals. Timing (off-season install windows).
We'll usually flex 5% on Premium and Estate jobs and on multi-property HOA contracts. Hard to flex on Starter and Standard — margin is already tight.
What isn't
Hardware cost. Warranty length. Crew quality. Workmanship guarantee. Insurance/license overhead. We're not the right fit if those are your negotiating targets.
How to actually save money
Off-season booking (February-May): we sometimes run 10-15% off Standard installs to fill crew schedules. Multi-property HOA: per-unit pricing drops 20-30%. Referral bonuses: $200 credit per referred install.
